My own personal art fair booth has evolved over many shows and a few years. I knew the first layout wouldn’t be the last. Changes were necessary to improve the visitor’s experience.

Perhaps the easiest way to look at any product, presentation or demonstration is not from the provider’s eye, but rather from that of the customer. If you are the person who put together an elaborate presentation, it’s easy to miss its complexity.

Have you ever visited an art fair and witnessed artists holding their tents down during high winds? Where they able to maintain their conversation with you? Was the conversation about their art, or the weather?

As a Wisconsin-based landscape photographer selling prints at art fairs, I knew early on that I would need some type of container in which to display various sizes of prints. Research indicated there are many ways to accomplish this task.
