Standing on the Shore

Imagine standing on the eastern shore of Trout Lake in northern Wisconsin.

It's early afternoon in August, temperature is around 75 degrees.

There is a slight southerly breeze touching your face with the softness of a feather.

The Gentle Waves

Below your feet, you can hear the gentle, rhythmic tune of the few waves casually washing onshore.

The air is filled with the wonderful northwoods smells -- pines and sweet fern.
