WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHER - I"M NOT

There are many great wildlife photographers in this world - and I'm not one of them.

Rarely do I take wildlife images. (I don't have the patience).

A RARITY

On this given day, I was driving through Horicon National Wildlife Refuge when - not far off the road in the shallow water - was this trumpeter swan.

Perfectly calm surface. I couldn't resist. A perfect mirror image.

HEART-SHAPPED

If you look at the swan from the left, with the curvature of its neck and reflection, together it looks like a heart.

Aren’t the patterns in nature interesting?
